Private Money Fund Programs

  • 90% on purchase loans and 85% on refinances (up to 75% cash out)
  • Rates starting at 6.34%
  • Loan amounts up to $5,000,000
  • Stated Income Programs
  • Credit score of 600 and above (Lower scores accepted for lower LTV's)
  • Single Family, 2-4 Units Residential, and Multifamily (Non-Owner Occupied)

Hard Money Loans

  • Our Private Investor Hard Money Loans are equity based and we can get you past the qualifying guidelines with our fund-based loans.
  • All property and borrower types are acceptable.
  • No minimum credit scores.
  • Stated Income.
  • Loan to Value as high as 75% (Cash out up to 70%)
  • Rates start at 7.5%.
  • Loan Amounts up to $3,000,000 higher amounts considered.
  • Single Family, 2-4 Units Residential, and Multifamily (Non-Owner Occupied)

That's simple, the loan with the lowest rate and best term for your loan scenario! Our in-house Private Money Fund and Hard Money programs are very competitive, but we can't cover all the loan bases. We've teamed up with several other funding sources and have you covered with more options than any other private money lender. When you’re ready to get out of your hard money loan we still have you covered with conventional financing or better non-prime lending options.
